V\u00edte, jak reaguje, kdy\u017e se po n\u011bm chce, aby se odd\u00e1valo nezvykl\u00e9 \u010dinnosti zvan\u00e9 pohyb nebo dokonce sport. To nen\u00ed jen tak. Ov\u0161em jin\u00e9 cesty k \u00fasp\u011bchu nen\u00ed. A aby si ji \u010dlov\u011bk alespo\u0148 n\u011bjak usnadnil a zp\u0159\u00edjemnil, existuj\u00ed na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed i r\u016fzn\u00e9 podp\u016frn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 sni\u017euj\u00ed chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed tak spalovat tukov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby. P\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed rychleji zhubnout, ani\u017e by se p\u0159i tom \u010dlov\u011bk utr\u00e1pil.  Takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada a net\u0159eba se ob\u00e1vat, \u017ee by si n\u011bkdo nevybral ten nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Ov\u0161em v\u0161e na tyto p\u0159\u00edpravky delegovat nelze. Je t\u0159eba se sm\u00ed\u0159it s t\u00edm, \u017ee se i tak bude t\u0159eba omezovat a h\u00fdbat.
