A co takhle m\u016f\u017eete d\u011blat? Pokud v\u00e1s nebav\u00ed cvi\u010dit v\u00a0posilovn\u011b nebo doma p\u0159ed obrazovkou, tak m\u016f\u017eete skloubit dv\u011b mouchy jednou ranou a to t\u00edm, \u017ee si vezmete kole\u010dkov\u00e9 brusle, kolo anebo pr\u00e1ci na zahrad\u011b. Kdy\u017e jsem bydlela u m\u00fdch p\u011bstoun\u016f m\u011bli d\u016fm a mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee jedno l\u00e9to po m\u00fdch z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00fdch zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch jsem zhubla 10 kg. Pr\u00e1ce na zahrad, hl\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed a pravideln\u00e9 j\u00eddlo a dala jsem si v\u0161e na co jsem m\u011bla chu\u0165. Ale pak jsem t\u011bch 10 kg nabrala zp\u00e1tky a nejsem na to hrd\u00e1, ale mus\u00edm se p\u0159ijmout takov\u00e1 jak\u00e1 jsem, ne? Cvi\u010dila jsem na zahrad\u011b, plavala, hr\u00e1la hry s\u00a0d\u011btmi a chodila na proch\u00e1zky. Je to \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed! Opravdu! Vra\u0165me se k\u00a0j\u00eddlu. Co bychom m\u011bli j\u00edst, abychom zhubli? V\u0161echno. Dejte si v\u0161e, na co m\u00e1te chu\u0165. Jen se neust\u00e1le nep\u0159ej\u00eddejte, proto\u017ee to m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k\u00a0zhor\u0161en\u00ed a m\u016f\u017eete nabrat je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc kil, ne\u017e si p\u0159ejete shodit. Nebojte se s\u00a0t\u00edm za\u010d\u00edt sami. Cvi\u010dte a jezte a p\u016fjde to. Pokud v\u00e1m to nep\u016fjde, tak nezoufejte, proto\u017ee jsou tu i lid\u00e9, kter\u00e9 tomu v\u00edce rozum\u00ed. Akor\u00e1t je v\u00a0tom h\u00e1\u010dek, proto\u017ee je slu\u017eba placen\u00e1. Bohu\u017eel v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b u\u017e nen\u00ed nic zadarmo. Je to d\u011bsn\u00fd, \u017ee tu nen\u00ed nikdo, kdo by v\u00e1m pomohl zdarma a m\u011bl z\u00a0toho jen dobr\u00fd pocit, \u017ee v\u00e1m pomohl se posunout d\u00e1l a ud\u011blal dobr\u00fd skutek. A co je tedy d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9? M\u011bjte se r\u00e1di i s\u00a0t\u011bmi kily na v\u00edc a o to v\u00edc se milujte, kdy\u017e za\u010dnete sportovat, proto\u017ee ud\u011bl\u00e1te nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed krok ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b pro sebe.
